Gabe Kwok
Principal
Gabe has expertise in energy planning, wholesale electricity markets, asset evaluation and economic analysis. His work supports the policy, planning and investment decision-making needs of clients across all sectors, including regulators, utilities, project developers, investors and non-governmental organizations. He develops and employs quantitative tools to answer complex energy and environmental questions, and frequently provides reports and presentations communicating insights. Gabe brings together modeling expertise and an understanding of the technical and institutional aspects of the energy economy to help clients holistically understand and respond to deep carbonization. He earned a master of environmental management from Duke University and a bachelor of science in economics from Texas A&M University.
